These are the terms for using Tabby (tabbyhomeschool.com). They're short on purpose. By creating an account you agree to them.
What Tabby is
Tabby is a record-keeping tool for homeschooling families: you describe what your kids did, and it organizes that into attendance, an activity log, a gradebook, work samples, and reports. It is a tool for keeping your records — it is not legal advice. Homeschool requirements vary by state, and you are responsible for knowing and meeting your state's requirements. Always check your state's rules.
Your account
- You must be an adult creating an account for your own family.
- Keep your sign-in to yourself; you're responsible for activity on your account.
- Your records belong to you. You can export or permanently delete everything at any time from Settings (see the Privacy Policy).
Fair use
Use Tabbyfor keeping your family's homeschool records. Don't abuse the service — no attempting to access other families' data, no automated scraping, no using the service to store content unrelated to homeschooling. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other people.
Pricing
Early Bird pricing shown on the site is honored for the life of your subscription once billing begins. We'll always tell you before anything starts costing money — no surprise charges, and you can export your data and leave at any time.
The honest legal part
Tabbyis provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable and your data safe, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we are not liable for indirect damages or for outcomes of your state compliance decisions. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past twelve months. These terms are governed by the laws of Texas, USA.
